PRESENTED BY THE GHOSTS OF ROSEBURG PAST AND THE ROSEBURG OPTIMIST CLUB
Check in at the Douglas County Courthouse. You will visiting leaf-covered streets and local businesses where restless spirits are said to haunt. Your tour also includes a ghost encounter led by a paranormal investigator and snacks from a local restaurant.
COMFORTABLE SHOES RECOMMENDED.
Check in at the Douglas County Courthouse. Once checked in the limo will start your tour by a visit to a nearby cemetery. The limo will return each group downtown for a walking tour along leaf-covered streets and into local businesses restless spirits are said to haunt. VIP tours end with ghost encounter led by a paranormal investigator and hors d’oeuvres provided by The Parrott House.

Hear tales of murder and crime, triumph and tragedy, rivalry and revenge as we journey down Jackson and Main Street at the witching hour. Hear ghost stories from the buildings proprietors themselves, and investigate the Green Heron (old Opera House) and the Elks Lodge with a professional paranormal spiritualist.

ALL PROCEEDS GO TO THE ROSEBURG OPTIMIST CLUB TO SUPPORT THEIR COMMUNITY EFFORTS TO SERVE DOUGLAS COUNTY CHILDREN THROUGH VARIOUS INITIATIVES.

THE TOURS ARE ADULTS ONLY.
Yes, there will be locations where the tour goes into buildings and all guests should be able to go up and down stairs.
Each tour is approximately two hours.
NO BUT YOU CAN DRINK AFTER WARDS AT NORTH FORTY (SATURDAY) AND PARROTT HOUSE (fRIDAY).
FOR YOUR SAFETY, NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
he walking tour can accommodate wheelchairs, however there are stairs involved during the tour and wheelchairs may not have access.
Photos can be taken in all outside locations. There are a few inside locations where phones or cameras will not be allowed.
Yes, as long as it doesn’t interfere with the tour.
After this inaugural tour, we hope to incorporate the feedback we receive and to do additional tours in the future.
